What is Believe Living?
Believe Living is a Mauritius-focused property development investment platform. We source, redevelop, and resell properties so investors can participate in flip and luxury development projects without managing contractors or day-to-day operations.
How is this different from buying a rental property?
Traditional buy-to-let focuses on monthly rent. Our model targets capital growth through redevelopment and resale. Each listing shows deal-specific terms—minimum entry, projected ROI range, and project duration—not a generic one-size-fits-all plan.
Who can become an investor?
You need to register an account, complete identity verification (KYC) if required by the platform, and fund your investor balance. You can then browse published properties and invest from your dashboard when a listing is open.
What information is shown for each property?
Each listing includes property details, location, development strategy, minimum (and sometimes maximum) investment, estimated project duration, and a projected ROI range. These terms are set per property, not as a global investment plan.
How do I invest in a project?
Sign in, open a published property, review the investment opportunity section, and invest from your account balance if you meet the minimum entry and the listing is accepting investments. Guests are prompted to register or sign in first.
Are projected returns guaranteed?
No. Projected ROI and return ranges are estimates based on each project’s business plan. Actual results depend on construction timelines, market demand, resale execution, and other risks. You should only invest funds you can allocate for the stated term.
What does Believe Living manage on my behalf?
Our team handles sourcing, project management, renovations, legal compliance where applicable, and marketing toward resale—so you benefit from professional execution without running the project yourself.
When and how do I receive returns?
Returns are structured around project maturity as described on each listing. At settlement, eligible investors typically receive principal plus returns according to the terms active at the time of investment. Timing may vary by project; check your dashboard and investment record for status updates.
Can I cancel an investment after I commit?
Cancellation may be allowed depending on admin settings and whether the project has already started. If user cancellation is enabled, you may cancel from My Investments while the investment is still active; cancelled investments are excluded from your active portfolio. Contact us if you are unsure about your specific investment.
How do I contact support or ask about a listing?
Use the Contact page on the website or email the address shown in your account settings. For questions about a specific property, mention the property name or reference in your message so we can respond faster.
